ATDC, we believe that true success begins with empowerment through education.

Founded in June 2020 under Commercial Registration No. 1341507, Alwali Training and Development Center (ATDC) was born from a vision to empower individuals through transformative education and skills development. Established in the Kingdom of Bahrain, ATDC was created to meet the growing demand for professional, healthcare, and vocational training built on excellence, integrity, and global standards.
From its humble beginnings, ATDC has grown into a recognized center of excellence, offering a hybridized curriculum that blends modern learning approaches with real-world experience. Our flagship Auxiliary Nursing Program, accredited to UK standards (1500 CPD hours), reflects our unwavering commitment to quality and global competence. Alongside this, ATDC offers a range of short professional courses—including Barista Training, Baking and Pastry, Teaching Assistant, Basic Accounting, and Bookkeeping—that empower learners with practical, job-ready skills.
ATDC is a proud training partner of the Philippine Bahrain Caregivers Society (PBCGS)—an accredited core group of the Filipino Club, a non-profit organization licensed by the Ministry of Social Welfare and Development in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The center is also accredited by the Philippine Embassy in Bahrain, strengthening its reputation as a trusted institution recognized by both local and international communities.
Guided by our belief that education is the foundation of empowerment, ATDC continues to inspire individuals to achieve personal growth, professional excellence, and purpose-driven success. Through world-class training, expert mentorship, and a culture of compassion, we nurture a community of skilled, confident, and globally competitive professionals ready to make a difference wherever they go.

ATDC understands that each student faces unique challenges and struggles. We take responsibility for providing a supportive, family-like environment, ensuring every learner feels valued, safe, and cared for throughout their educational journey.

The Auxiliary Nursing Program is the core training program of Alwali Training and Development Center (ATDC), designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and compassion essential in today’s healthcare field.
Structured into four progressive levels—Preparatory, Basic, and Advanced—the program combines theoretical learning with hands-on skill competencies, covering 11 macro skill sets and 67 key competencies.
Through ATDC’s hybridized curriculum, students gain real-world experience and professional confidence to deliver safe, effective, and empathetic care in both hospital and homecare settings—locally and internationally.
